From photo to figurine
You send a photo. We build the model. You adjust it until it is right, and only then does it go to the printer.
One clear photo is enough. No studio, no posing.
Front or three quarter view works best, with the face visible and reasonable light. A phone photo is fine. If the photo will not carry enough detail we tell you straight away and ask for another one, before you have paid anything.
We build a 3D model of your animal: the coat, the markings, the set of the ears.
You see it in your browser and you can turn it around. Anything that is off, you tell us and we adjust. There is no limit on the number of rounds and no extra cost for them.
Only once you say yes does it go to the printer in Belgium.
Printing, finishing and checking take about ten working days. It ships insured and packed for transit, with no customs charges inside the EU.

Most custom pet figurines are printed in Asia or the United States and take four to seven weeks. Ours are printed in Belgium, so there is no customs step and no waiting at the border.
The pose
For now we sculpt a single pose: sitting. It is the pose most people recognise, it holds fine detail well, and it stands safely on a shelf.
Upright, tail curled in, head slightly turned. The pose that reads as your animal from across the room.
Standing and lying poses are in preparation. Want one of those? Tell us when you order and we will let you know as soon as they open.
Sizes
Every size gets exactly the same work: the same model, the same full colour print, the same checks. Size only changes how much room the figurine takes up.

Heights are guide figures. A lying dog is lower and wider than a sitting cat of the same size. You get the exact dimensions once your model is ready.
Why it looks like them
We print in full colour. The coat, the markings and the eyes come straight out of the printer, not from a brush trying to rescue a grey blank afterwards.
We print on a Mimaki 3DUJ-553, an industrial full colour resin system. It lays down colour through the body of the print rather than coating the surface, which is why markings stay sharp at the edges instead of blurring. Cheaper figurines are usually cast blanks finished by hand, which is where likeness tends to get lost.
Without risk
You see the model, you adjust it, and only after your go ahead does it reach the printer.
As many as it takes, at no extra cost, until it is right. Changes happen before printing, so after your approval the model is fixed.
Change your mind along the way and you get everything back. The cut off is your own approval, not a vague clause.

Usually that is not a problem. We need one clear photo where your animal is properly visible. If it is too blurry or too dark we say so straight away and ask for another one, before you pay anything.
Then we adjust it. You see the model in your browser, you tell us what is off, and we change it. As many rounds as it takes. Only when you are happy do we print, and until that moment you get a full refund.
You see the first model immediately. The revision round moves as fast as you want. After your approval, printing and shipping take about ten working days from Belgium.
Yes. The second figurine is 30 euro cheaper when you order them together, and you can send the second photo later.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Old photos, phone photos, a shot where he is just looking away: we can work with those. If you are unsure about the photos you have, send them to us first.
You pay the full amount when you order, and you get it back in full at any point until printing starts. Prices run from 139 euro to 479 euro depending on size, with VAT and shipping included.
