Shipping policy
Every Maquettine figurine is made to order from your photos, printed in full colour in Belgium and shipped to you from there.
1. Where we ship and what it costs
We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany. Shipping is free, and so are the gift box and the packaging. Prices include VAT, and there are no customs costs within the EU.
2. How long it takes
- 3D preview: within 24 hours after your order, by email.
- Revisions: as many as you like, as fast as you reply.
- Printing and delivery: 7 to 14 working days after you approve the preview and the rest of the price is paid.
Nothing is printed before you approve, so the delivery time starts at your approval.
3. How it is shipped
Your figurine is checked, protected with a matte coating and packed in a gift box inside a sturdy shipping box. Every parcel is tracked and insured. You receive the tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.
4. Damaged or lost parcels
If your figurine arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we print it again free of charge. If the carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we reprint and reship it at no cost. Our refund policy has the details.
5. Address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it was not collected, we can ship it again at your cost.
