What people usually ask us first.
What if my photo is not perfect?
Usually no problem at all. Phone photos are perfect and three are enough to start. We get out what is in them, and you see the result before anything is printed.
What if it does not look like them?
Then we adjust it. You see the model in your browser, you tell us what is off, and we change it. As many rounds as it takes. Only when you are happy do we print, and until that moment you get your deposit back in full.
How long does it take exactly?
Within 24 hours you see the 3D preview. Adjustments go as fast as you want. After your approval, printing and shipping take 7 to 14 working days, from Belgium.
Can I order more than one animal?
Yes, up to five in one order. Each pet gets its own figurine, and from two pets you get 20% off the whole order. Just add them in the studio.
I only have old photos. Is that still possible?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Old photos, phone photos, a shot where he is just looking away: we can work with those. If you are unsure about the photos you have, send them to us first.
What do I actually pay, and when?
When you order you pay a deposit of about 20%, or everything at once if you prefer. You pay the rest only once you approve the 3D preview, through a payment link we email you: nothing is charged automatically. Until you approve, you get your deposit back in full within 7 days. Prices run from 99 euro (5 cm) to 299 euro (11 cm), VAT and shipping included.
How big is a 7 cm figurine, exactly?
The size is always the longest side, whichever way it runs: a 7 cm figurine is exactly 7 cm along its longest side. For a sitting pet that is usually the height. The same goes for 5, 9 and 11 cm.
