Does it really look like him?
You see that for yourself, before anything is printed. You get the model in 3D and can turn it around. If the colour, the ears or the look are not right, you say so and we adjust. Only when you say yes do we print.
I only have a few photos.
Three is enough. Old photos, phone photos, photos where he is looking away: it all works. Send what you have, we do the rest.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. When you order you pay only a deposit; the rest is due only once you approve the 3D preview, through a payment link we email you. Nothing is charged automatically. Until that approval you get your deposit back in full within 7 days, no questions. After that you cannot, because the figurine is then printed especially for you.
How long does it take?
Within 24 hours you see the 3D preview. After your approval, printing and shipping take 7 to 14 working days.
Is it fragile?
It is a full-colour resin with a matte protective coat and a base. It stands firmly on a shelf. It does not always survive a fall from a table, and it prefers to stay out of direct sunlight. If it arrives damaged, we print it again for free.
Can I give one as a gift?
Yes. When ordering, enter the email address of whoever should review the preview, or your own if you would like to look at it yourself.
How big is a 7 cm figurine, exactly?
The size is always the longest side, whichever way it runs: a 7 cm figurine is exactly 7 cm along its longest side. For a sitting pet that is usually the height. The same goes for 5, 9 and 11 cm.
